All Sketchline Tees products are made to order through our print-on-demand fulfilment partner, Printful.

Processing time

Because each item is made after an order is placed, please allow time for production before your order ships.

Most products are usually fulfilled within 2–5 business days. Some items or busy periods may take a little longer.

Shipping time

Shipping time depends on your location, the product ordered, and the delivery service available.

For Australian orders, estimated shipping times are usually around 3–20 business days after fulfilment.

Estimated delivery time is calculated as:

Production time + shipping time = estimated delivery time

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

We offer free AU shipping on orders over $75.

Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information if tracking is available for your order.

Made-to-order products

Each Sketchline Tees item is printed especially for you. This helps reduce waste and avoids holding unnecessary stock.

Delays

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays can happen due to production demand, postal delays, customs, public holidays, weather, or courier issues.

Incorrect address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If an address is entered incorrectly, delivery may be delayed or the parcel may be returned.
