Returns and order issues

We want you to be happy with your Sketchline Tees order. If there is a problem with your item, please contact us through the Contact page as soon as possible.

Change-of-mind returns

We accept change-of-mind return requests within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

To be eligible, the item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, in its original condition, and returned with proof of purchase.

Because our products are printed to order, please choose your size and colour carefully before placing your order. Incorrect size choice, customer ordering mistakes, or change-of-mind returns are only accepted if the item meets the return conditions above.

Personalised or custom-made items cannot be returned for change of mind unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described.

Faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not-as-described items

This policy does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will work with you to provide a repair, replacement, refund, or other remedy where required under Australian Consumer Law.

Return instructions

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. If a return is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless we agree otherwise.

If your item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, we will handle the issue in line with Australian Consumer Law.
